Qualifications : M.Sc. / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience Required :
15 to 18 years of relevant experience in Packaging department in USFDA approved sterile/ injectable manufacturing facility.
Job Description :
• Plan and execute monthly and daily production packaging schedules as per material availability.
• Ensure GMP compliance and readiness of packaging lines and related equipment.
• Lead preparation, review, and control of SOPs, master documents, protocols, and reports for the packaging department.
• Oversee daily packaging & visual inspection operations including documentation, BPRs, and compliance activities.
• Drive team performance through training, guidance, and effective communication Coordinate with stores for material requisition and ensure smooth workflow.
