Applications are invited for the following posts on contractual basis in the District Primary Health Centres and Urban Primary Health Centres functioning in Erode district by 5 pm on 09.08.2025.

Salary : Rs.15,000/-
Qualification : i). Must have passed +2 Examination with Science Subject.
ii) Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy
iii) Must have registered with Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council and must keep the Registration alive by Renewing it Regularly Every Year.
1). This post is purely temporary.
2). The post will not be made permanent at any time.
3). The number of posts mentioned above is subject to change.
Note

2). Application forms can be obtained in person from the District Health Office, Tindal office, Erode. (or) can be downloaded from the district website erode.nic.in. Self-attested copies of all certificates relevant to this post should be submitted along with the application form.
3). Copies of certificates to be attached
i). Evidence of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate / SSLC / HSC Certificate)
ii).Evidence of Educational Qualification and Marks (10th,12th,Diploma , Provisional, Course, Degree Certificate and Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council Registration Certificate/Registration in Tamil nadu pharmacy council (if applicable) etc.).
iii). Evidence for Tamil Eligibility (10th or 12th)
iv) . (Degree / Diploma Mark Sheet / Registration Certificate / Experience Certificate (Certified by JDHS in case of private institutions) / COVID19 Duty Certificate (Issued by DHO,Dean and JDHS) / Residential Certificate / Trangender / Differently Able / Deserted Wife / Destitute Widow Certificates.
v). Proof of Residency: Nativity Certificate, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Ration Card
vi). Community Certificate.
vii). Experience Certificate (if available)
viii). No Objection Certificate from Competent authority (if applicable)
ix). Any other special records of significance from competent authorities as indicated in the selection criteria mentioned.
4). Applications received after 5.00 PM on 09.08.2025 will not be accepted.
