Post : Technical Assistant
Applications are invited for the post of Technical Assistant with a salary of Rs 20,000 (Fixed)/p.m. in a SERB-DST Sponsored Project (SRG/2020/001041 /LS) entitled "Development of a multiplex, lateral flow based point of care device for rapid detection of Theileria, Babesia and Ancipktsma infection in cattle: A new perspective to multiantigen print immunoassay (MAFIA)” sanctioned up to 30th Dec 2022. The post is temporary and co terminus with the project.
Essential Qualification : B.Sc. or equivalent degree in any branch of life sciences, agricultural or allied sciences, B.Pharma or B.Tech (Biotechnology / Bioinformatics)
Age limit : 35 years (5 years' relaxation for Female / SC / ST / Physically Handicapped Candidate). (3 years for OBC candidate)
Desirable qualifications : Candidates with M.Sc. (life sciences or allied subjects) or work experience in molecular biology/biotechnology/ biochemistry/bioinformatics/ microbiology laboratory shall be preferred.
