AIIMS invites applications for Research Associate

All-India Institute of Medical Sciences was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Post-graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India; to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity; and to attain self-sufficiency in Post-graduate Medical Education.

Post : Research Associate 1

Applications are invited for a purely temporary post of Research associate - I (Post doc) under a DBT funded project for a period of 3 years.

Title : Development of BCMA based Chimeric antigenic receptor T (CAR T) cell in Multiple myeloma.


Educational Qualifications : Ph.D in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Immunology and allied field
Desirable qualification :
- Expertise in Antibody engineering (Molecular Cloning, Protein purification Hybridoma/Phage display)
- Experience in Handling mice and conducting in vivo assays
- Experience in generation and propagation of lentiviral particles.
- Research experience in Molecular Immunology assays (ELISA, Flow cytometry, Real time PCR) and Molecular Biology assays (Western blotting, Cell culture, Protein assays etc)
The emolument for the above position will be as per DBT scale for research associate 1
