Job Description
1) Should have worked in Vaccine (DS & DP).
2) To perform IPQA activities at shop floor in each and every stage of sterile manufacturing and packing.
3) IPQA of Dispensing, Manufacturing, Packaging and Dispatch activities and Executing the validation/revalidation activity in the absence of authorized person.
4) Preparation and Execution of Different Protocol studies (Packing, Process validation. Feasibility Trial Protocol. Exhibit bath Protocol.
5) Review of BMR and BPR of Domestic and Export Products.
6) Assisting in handling of QMS documents i.e. change control. Deviation, Incident, NCR, CAPA, Market complaint, and Product Recall.
7) Review and Control of SOP's, Specification, BPR issuance. Master Formulae and Records
