MPHW(F), Staff Nurse and Pharmacists Recruitment under CDM & PHO | 268 posts

Applications are invited from eligible candidates as per prescribed format for engagement of MPHW(F), Staff Nurse and Pharmacists on daily wages basis under the CDM & PHO, Puri.

ANM 1st preference
Basic Requirements : Unemployed trained and registered ANMs
Total remuneration per day : Rs.850/-

Staff Nurse 2nd preference
Basic Requirements : Unemployed trained and registered
Total remuneration per day : Rs.1000/-

Pharmacist 3rd preference
Basic Requirements : Unemployed trained and registered
Total remuneration per day : Rs.1000/-

Terms and conditions
1. The engagement is purely temporary, for a period of 03(Three) months only or till COVID CARE HOMES are functional, whichever is earlier, keeping in view of the emergency situation arising due to COVID-19.
2. The engagement is terminable at any period of time without assigning any reason thereof. Further, such engagement does not confer any right on the engagee for any future engagement/ regularization of such engagement.
3. Their engagement shall be done by CDM & PHO, Puri through Walk-in-interview in a transparent manner, with proper advertisement depending on the Number of Covid Gruhas in respective GPs.

4. The remuneration shall be on daily wages basis as per details mentioned in the table above , l;e as per labor and ESI department Notification No.ll688/LC(Pharma) dated 07.11.2019.
5. In case of Non- availabity of ANMs , the CDM & PHO,Puri may engage alternative unemployed and trained Staff Nurse/Pharmacist in order of preference as mentioned in the table above with daily remuneration @ Rs.1000/-.
6. The number of ANMs to be engaged by virtue of this order shall depend on the number of Covid Gruhas to be opened the district.
7. DETAILS OF DOCUMENTS SELF ATTESTED TO BE SUBMITTED-:
a).AII educational certificate , b) Valid registration certificate of the paramedics.
8. False and fabricated if detected later on will invite legal action as per court of law.
9. The undersigned reserved all rights for cancellation /Modification of advertisement as per govt, instructions.

The applicants are requested to come with application form along with required documents duly attested by the candidate with all original certificates to attend the Walk-in-interview from 21.07.2020 to 23.07.2020 at "TOWN HALL, POURA SADAN" Kacheri road, puri from 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM. The engagement is purely temporary and for Three (3) months , the duration may be extended further if the situation arises.
