Job Description
• Develop & execute partnerships with external stakeholders to address broader access issues, build Roche brand equity and harness short term opportunity to ensure access to Roche innovation in the state
• Co-develop strategic roadmap for Roche India to enable access to Roche innovations in the state
• Identify strategic partners (vision partners and delivery partners) for the state for both broader access & access to Roche innovation
• Co-develop the entire partnership arrangements
• End to end management of the partnership arrangements
• Single point of contact from Roche for the partners
• Develop annual state plan
• Build relationship with key external stakeholders (Policy makers, regulatory authorities, Industry associations, Social organizations, Patient associations)
• Build strong connect and working relationships with Internal stakeholders to mobilise resources from enabling function/community to support the partners
• Responsible for developing & executing strategic projects in the states
• Establish equity of Roche in the state as an innovative organization focused on patient access
