Job Description
As Zonal Training Manager, you will leading the Sales Training Function at the Zonal Level. You will be responsible for planning and implementing Sales training initiatives as per the Zone’s need to enhance performance. Primary focus of this role will be to plan, coordinate and execute the Induction Training to First line and Second line Managers ,enhance effectiveness of Training and work in synergy with Head Office Training Team for all sales training initiatives. You will act as a champion for the implementation for Novo Nordisk Sales Models across the zone as well as guide and supervise the Regional Training Associates in implementing the training initiatives for the Zone.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor or Master in Pharma with an Optional Full time MBA or Diploma in Management. Minimum experience of 10 years, experience of working in Pharma/Healthcare Industry desirable with at least 3 years in Training.
