Post : Opening of Executive Human Resources (HR) for Pharma R&D
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment and selection process.
2. Screen, short list candidates sourced through portals (Naukri, Monster etc) and validate them on their experience and interest on the role Handle direct, social media channels.
3. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
4. Arrange interviews and co-ordinate with the management.
5. Understand their competencies & skill sets, make them understand the job profile.
6. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERTISE / SKILLS
1. Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical R&D and Contract Research Organization.
2. Proven ability to exercise good judgment and effectively balance work and changing priorities.
3. Ability to finish the assigned task within pre-determined time line.
4. Must have bid writing skills with excellent negotiation skills.
5. Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidate Profile
Bachelor or Master's Degree in HR
or
BBA / MBA candidates with relevant experience
or
UG / PG candidate with relevant experience
