Applications are invited for the position of Guest Faculty in University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the following subjects for the period from August to December 2015 (Odd Semester).

Qualifications:
Essential:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with first division and M. Pharmacy Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Pharmaceutics/Pharmacology with first division followed preferably by Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Desirable:
1. Teaching, research, industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed organization in the relevant subject.
2. Published work in refereed journals.
3. Papers presented at Conferences, Workshops or Seminars.

The above assignment is on lecture-basis payment of Rs. 1000/- per Theory lecture/ Practical of up to 2/3 hours with a ceiling on maximum monthly payment (i.e. not more than Rs. 25,000/- per month). An applicant who is a research fellow, shall have to give an undertaking on his appointment that he/she will not draw any fellowship/stipend, or any other financial assistance from any government agency for the tenure he/she works as a guest faculty, or he/she shall not claim guest lecture payment for the period he/she draws fellowship/stipend/financial assistance from a government agency.
