Project Title : Targeting Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Tumour Microenvironment by Helminth Derived TGF-b Mimic 6 (TGM6)
Project Tenure : 1 Year and extendable to 3 years
Principal Investigator : Dr. Shashi Prakash Singh, Department of Biological Sciences, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus
Project / Job Description : The research personnel will be responsible for planning and performing experiments, analyzing data, and preparing manuscripts. He will also be involved in managing other project activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in tissue culture, working with cancer cell lines, molecular cloning, recombinant protein purification, flow cytometry–based immunophenotyping, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, immunofluorescence, and in vivo mouse models of cancer invasion and metastasis.
Qualification : MSc / MTech in Biotechnology / Life Sciences or relevant stream of biological Sciences and as per ICMR norms.
Upper Age Limit : 35 Years
Fellowship / Stipend : 56,000 Per month + 10 % HRA (if applicable, as per rules)
Registration for PhD : Selected candidate may be permitted to register for the PhD program of BITS Pilani subject to fulfilling the requirements of the PhD qualification process as per the institute norms.
Selection Process : Candidates will be shortlisted based on their merit, experiences and as per the requirements of the project. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the interview which will be conducted through online mode. Only qualified and suitable candidates will be called for an interview.
