IGIMS, Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Centre Hiring Pharma candidates

IGIMS was established on 19th November 1983, as an autonomous organisation on the pattern of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The objective was to provide super specialty medical facilities in Bihar. On 27th January 1983 Cabinet approved the completion of this massive project in 4 phases within a span of six (6) years. According to the decision of State Government, 130.20 Acres of land was transferred to IGIMS.

Post : Jr. Pharmacovigilance Associate (Jr. PvA)

As per the directions received from the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW). Government of India. Ghaziabad. the Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Centre (AMC), IGIMS, Patna has been entrusted with conducting onsite recruitment (Walk-in Interview) of a Junior Pharmacovigilance Associate (Jr. PvA) at the institute level. As per guidelines provided by IPC, Ghaziabad the recruitment process will be as follows.

Essential Qualification :
Master degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice, and Clinical Research.
OR
Pharm. D/ MBBS/BDS from a recognised university/institute.

Desirable Qualification : One year experience in drug safety/Pharmacovigilance

Age : Not exceeding 28 years as on the date of walk-in-interview

Salary : 32,000/- per month

Job Description :
• Collection of ADR Reports.
• Processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and managing them in VigiFIow.
• Quality review, Clinical Review & Statistical review of ICSRs in Drug Safety database.
• Any other work assigned by Competent Authority from time to time.

Reporting time is 10.00 AM (28th January 2026).
• The Salary will be paid by the authorised manpower agency of IPC, Ghaziabad.
• Period of engagement: - The engagement shall be initially for a period of one year or till further orders whichever is earlier. The engagement can be extended from time to time based on individual performance or requirements of the department with the approval of the competent authority.
• No application fee shall be levied for the interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
