Project Title : Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) sponsored project “Development of Monitoring System for Overburden Dumps at Opencast Mines in India”

Fellowship duration : 6 months (initially) (The selected candidate will be encouraged to register for the Ph.D. program at IIT Indore as per institute norms) If selected for PhD program, fellowship will be extended for PhD duration as per institute norms.
Job Description : The Project requires a multi-talented Junior Research Fellow (JRF) who has strong expertise in geotechnical engineering field and are highly encouraged to apply for the JRF position. Candidates are strongly advised to visit the profile of Professoi Neelima Satyam before applying against this advertisement. The Salary will be as per Institute norms.
Essential Qualification : Candidates must hold a BS (4-year), BE/B.Tech, B.Pharm. Integrated BS-MS, MSc, B.Sc(Hons.) or an Equivalent degree with 55% marks (Gen/OBC) or 50%(SC/ST/PWD). and have qualified GATE. CSIR-NET. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree only will be eligible for the fellowship after enrolling in Ph.D/integrated Pli.D Programme within two- year validity of the JRF-NET certificate.
Age Limit : 28 years ( 3 Years relaxation for OBC candidate, 5 Years relaxation for SC/ST/ /Physically Handicapped/Female candidates)
Fellowship : Junior Research Fellowship (JRF):
Rs. 37,000/- p.m. (First & Second years)
Rs. 42000/- p.m. (3rd year upon upgradation) Plus HRA will provided as per institute norms.
