Project Title : Development, Evaluation and Clinical Validation of Fluorescent Molecules to Target Alzheimer’s Disease
Principal Investigator : Dr. Jagpreet Sidhu, Department of Pharmacy, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus
Project Tenure : 1 Year and extendable to 3 years
Project / Job Description : The Selected candidate will undertake the synthesis and characterization of fluorescent molecular probes, including analytical and photophysical studies. He/She will perform in vitro and in vivo biological evaluations and coordinate with the clinical research team at AIIMS, New Delhi, for translational studies. The candidate will analyze data, maintain documentation, and contribute to publications in indexed journals, conferences, and patent filings.
Qualification : M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Chemistry / MSc Chemistry
Candidate having Experience in organic synthesis, analytical instruments, and animal handling will be preferred.
Upper Age Limit : 35 Years
Fellowship/Stipend : 56,000 Per month + 10 % HRA (if applicable, as per rules)
Registration for PhD : Selected candidate may be permitted to register for the PhD program of BITS Pilani subject to fulfilling the requirements of the PhD qualification process as per the institute norms.
