Department : Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) LC-MS

Educational Qualification : M.Sc. in Chemistry / M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis
Experience : 16-18 years of relevant industry experience in Analytical R&D, with strong expertise in LC-MS.
Required Skill Set :
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in team handling and leadership
• In-depth expertise in LC-MS quantification, impurity profiling, and Review.
Key Responsibilities
• Review of LCMS method development, method validation especially for Nitrosamines and genotoxic impurities using LC-MS.
• Responsible for smooth transfer of LC-MS methods to manufacturing sites.
• Planning, allocation, and monitoring of work for team members.
• Review and interpretation of LC-MS impurity profiling data.
• Review of calibration reports and maintenance of master calibration schedules.
• Ensure adherence to quality practices in line with current regulatory requirements and GLP guidelines.
• Preparation and review of LC-MS method validation protocols and reports.
• Planning, analysis, and review of plant samples.
• Review of IQ, OQ, and PQ documents of analytical instruments.
• Preparation and review of internal SOPs.
• Preparation and review of standard test procedures for analytical methods.
• Review and investigation of laboratory and plant sample-related incidents.
• Training and development of team members on LC-MS techniques and updated documentation.
