Public body elected by the rural peoples rules the Zilla Parishad. Jalna ZP is having eight panchayat samities and 782 gram panchayats.

There will be no right of permanence in this post. Also, the service rules of the government are not applicable for this post and the applicant will not have the right to make any claim regarding inclusion in government regular service or service protection or service protection through the government. Also, these posts have not been filled in place of regular permanent / temporary posts of Public Health Department.
1) Completely filled application form by the candidate in front of the post mentioned in the advertisement till 13/01/2022 (excluding holidays) in person during office hours. Submit by 5.00 hrs along with prescribed fee.
2) For open category Rs. 150 as well as Rs.100 / - for reserved category will be required to be submitted along with the application in the name of "JALNA DIHFWS COVID 19 FUNDS" without refund of Nationalized Bank DD (Refund).
3) Maximum age limit for posts mentioned above The maximum age limit for technical posts related to patient service is 65 years for applicants and 70 years for the post of Medical Officer and Specialist.
4) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the relevant post and should not have any criminal record against the applicant. District Surgeon Certified Physical Fitness Certificate is mandatory for the applicant.
5) Government employees should not have or have not been charged with any form of administrative and financial action, penal action or criminal or any other offense in the previous government employee office.
6) This appointment is on contractual basis and will remain with the applicant from the date of submission till 31st March 2022 or till the closure of National Health Mission Project whichever is earlier.
7) In case of insufficient availability of candidates for the reserved posts, temporary selection will be made from the open category keeping in view the need for recruitment of vacant posts.
8) If full time candidate is not available for the post of Specialist (Cardiologist, Kidney Pathologist, Gynecologist, Anesthesiologist, Pediatrician, Ophthalmologist, Psychiatrist, Psychiatrist, etc.). Candidates should consider if application is available. Please note.
9) These posts are under NHM program. PIP is being filled subject to the approval of the year 2021-22. Applicants should note that if these posts are denied or closed by the State / Central Government, the contract service will be terminated automatically without any prior notice.
10) According to the advertisement, if more applications than required are received, the application will be scrutinized and a merit list will be prepared on the basis of social reservation, educational qualification and experience in National Health Mission or Government service, accordingly. Will be published in places. Candidates will be called for interview or appointment order will be given on the basis of merit as per 1: 5. 11) The power to make changes at any time in this process will be reserved at the level of Hon'ble Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalna.
12) The number of vacancies as well as the place of appointment may change.
13) Travel allowance or any other allowance will not be payable to the candidates present for direct interview.
14) The applicant will not be able to demand relocation as per his convenience during the contract period.

16) The process of appointing graduate candidates on contract basis has started from the departmental level and 5% or 3 posts can be filled for these posts. This may change the number of vacancies.
