Job Description :
1. Supervise, Guide the team members scientists for - (development trials)
2. Utilization of resources (manpower, raw materials) in efficient manner
3. Data compilation & interpretation to decide the way forward
4. Strategy finalization (IP. Lit search. Experimental Inal data)
5. Co-ordination with CFTs (SCM AD BE IP QA QC TT Production) for product delivery in efficient manner
6. Team management
7.Ensure delivery of product as per stipulated timelines
