Post : Project Manager (R&D)

Working Location : Corporate Office. Hi-tech City. Hyderabad

Qualification : B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy (Ph.D. would be of added advantage)

Experience : 5-8 years experience in Formulations / R&D Project Management Core Competencies:
• Coordinating with all stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects
• Guide technical review of system design and documentation
• Developing time-to-time project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Identify and manage actively risks with contingency plans and mitigating activities
• Comply with all established R&D guidelines for proper execution and documentation
• Facilitating the top management with time-to-time updations with necessary projections
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

Skill Set :
• Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude
• Should be a Team, Time and Risk Manager
• Negotiate shared objectives with cross functional team members
