Job Description

Shall have adequate knowledge on Setting, Operation & Cleaning of Sifting & Milling operation in manufacturing activities
Should independently handle equipment’s like Sifter, Mill in manufacturing areas
Should accompany operator I, II & III while execution of batches
Responsible for carrying out Product to Product change over & Batch to batch changeover within stipulated time by ensuring GMP compliance
Monitoring & Recording of environmental conditions in the Granulation, Blending & Process areas.
Cleaning of process and Non Process areas
Should follow cGMP practices in the manufacturing area & should ensure SOP compliance while working in the manufacturing area
Responsible for carrying out calibration of Balances & its respective cleaning
Should carry out documentation of all activities related to manufacturing areas
Should follow safety precautions in the production department
Should ensure compliance to data integrity as per laid down system and procedure
Should have exposure to audits like USFDA, MHRA, WHO (as applicable)

Candidate Profile
01-02 years of Experience in OSD formulation plant
Qualification : Xth Pass/XIIth Pass
