Government Medical College, Jammu, a premier institute of J&K was started in the year, 1973 in a temporary building with the object to provide quality education and deliver the health care service to the people of this region. This institution is located in the heart of Temple City Jammu. This institution was started with the aim to train fifty medical students for MBBS course per year and to serve as referral hospital for Jammu Province. But now the seating capacity has been increased upto 120 students per year, Besides MBBS course the college also imparts Post-graduate training Course.

Post : Pharmacist - 01 Post
Qualification/ Experience
12th pass in-Science Subjects with Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized Institutions/ Board. Experience in dispensing and/or storage and dispensing of drugs in a reputed hospital or Institution or in a drug store or a pharmaceutical concern.
Remuneration / month : 18,000 p.m. consolidated
Age : Below 45 yrs. For retired Govt, servants relaxable as per DOPT rules
Terms and Conditions:
1. The candidate should be permanent resident of J&K State.
2. List of document to be attached with the application form:
i. Copy of Date of Birth Certificate;
ii. Copy of Permanent Residence Certificate;
iii. Copy of Degree/ Diploma from the recognized University/ Institute for the required qualification as per the post applied for;
iv. Copy Of Marks Sheet Of all semesters/ one consolidated marks sheet indicating marks of all the semesters of the required qualification for the post applied for;
v. Experience certificate;
3. Application form will be provided to the candidates on the date of interview i.e. 28-01-2019.
4. In case of poor performance, services of the candidates are liable to be terminated.
