Key Responsibilities
• Handle Product Quality Complaints, Root Cause Analysis & CAPA
• Manage Change Control, Deviations, OOS/OOT & Compliance Activities
• Ensure Audit Readiness & support Regulatory inspections (USFDA, MHRA,TGA)
• Lead QA Operations - Batch Review, SOP Approvals & Process Validation
• Risk management, AR market actions & APQR preparation
• Support sterile/aseptic operations, environmental monitoring, & process excellence initiatives
