Attention is invited to this Institute’s Notice of even number dated 28th July, 2025 notifying the postponement of Interview/Personal Interaction for the post of Jr. Pharmacovigilance Associate vide Advertisement of even no. dated 21st July, 2025, inviting applications for the said post under the Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Centre (AMC) in the Department of Pharmacology, RIMS, Imphal.
Due to administrative reasons, it has been decided to cancel the said Advertisement and invite fresh application from eligible person for the said post.
Post : Jr. Pharmacovigilance Associate
Essential Qualification :
• Master degree in pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Research
OR
• Pharm.D / MBBS / BDS from a recognized university/institute
Desirable :
• One year experience in drug safety / Pharmacovigilance
Job Description :
• Collection of ADR Reports
• Processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and managing them in VigiFlow.
• Quality review, Clinical Review & Statistical review of ICSRs in Drug Safety database.
• Any other work assigned by Competent Authority from time to time.
Age Limit : 28 years
Salary / month : Rs.32,000/-
Duration : 6 months, extendable as per requirement
Eligible and interested candidates may apply with a neatly typed Bio-data, two recent passport-size photographs, and self-attested copies of educational qualifications, experience certificates, and relevant testimonials. Original certificates must be produced before the Selection Committee at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. The Application in plain paper should be submitted to the Office of the Director, RIMS, Imphal, on or before Wednesday, the 11th February, 2026. Application received after 3.00 p.m of 11th February, 2026 will not be entertained.
Candidates, who had applied earlier, and satisfy the eligibility criteria than, will be granted age relaxation and will be permitted to apply again and will be considered by the Selection Committee, provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria.
The list of shortlisted eligible Candidates, as well as the date/venue and the recruitment procedure by the Selection Committee, would be notified on the Institute’s website, as and when the scrutiny of their Applications is completed.
