Criteria
• Execution of qualification/ validation for equipment, utility and facility.
• Preparation & review of qualification protocols and handling change controls.
• Preparation & review of media fill and qualification protocols & reports.
• Preparation & review of qualification-related SOPs and global SOP implementation
Quality Control - Micro
Post : Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification : M.Sc. - Microbiology/Biotec./Biochem
Experience : 2 - 8 Years
Criteria
• Proficient in Environment monitoing in all three methods of viable and non-viable.
• To be proficient in water system, sampling and tetsing (Microbial, Physicochemical) of all tyes of pharmaceutical water types. Should be knowing the requirements and specificaiton of different water systems used in pharmaceutical purposes.
• Proficient in Bioburden, TVAC, TYMC, and microbial limit tests with pharmacopoieal requiremnts and have performed method suitability studies for different test methods.
• Media preparation, management and sterilization proficiency is basic reguirement, with ability to perform and manage the media release and discard process. Proficient in antibiotic assays will be an added advantage.
