The ECHS Central Organisation is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organisation is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General. There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servivemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement(DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).

Post : Pharmacist

ECHS invites applications to engage following Medical, Para Medical and Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinics, Palakkad, Salem and Krishnagiri for a period of 12 months

Age for selection : 56 years
Qualification : (a) B.Pharmacy from a recognized Institute. Or (10+ with Science stream (Physics, Chemist, Biology) from recognized Board and approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.
(b) Minimum three years experience.
Contractual fees (per month) : Rs 36,500/-

Preference will be given to the Ex-Servicemen.

Any application received after 05 Mar 2026 will not be accepted.

Interview Date. Time and Venue. Candidate must reach ECHS Cell, Station Headquarters, Coimbatore - 641 018 before 0830 hours on 17 and 18 Mar 2026 for the interview scheduled to commence at 1000 hrs to 1500 hrs. Candidates must bring all the original certificates / mark sheets/ degree of 10th / Matric, 10+2, & Graduation / post graduation / diploma / course, work experience and discharge book, PPO, service records and 02 PP size photographs at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirement may apply.
