The role also involves conducting activity assays, optimizing protocols, maintaining detailed lab records, and analyzing experimental results.
Desirable Qualification : Master’s degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. Strong hands-on experience in microbial culture, DNA isolation, PCR, plasmid preparation, and transformation. Proficiency in standard laboratory practices, data recording, and result interpretation. Good understanding of microbial physiology, enzyme kinetics, and biosafety procedures. Ability to troubleshoot experiments, optimize protocols, and work independently or within a research team.

Senior Project Associate
Essential Qualifications : M.Sc. Degree in Life Sciences from a recognized University or equivalent
Basic Salary : 42000 and HRA
Experience Required in Months : 36
Work Description : The candidate will lead and perform wet-lab molecular biology experiments centered on microbiological and enzymatic characterization. Key responsibilities include managing bacterial cultures; conducting DNA isolation, PCR, plasmid preparation, and transformation; and carrying out functional screening of environmental strains for small-molecule production. The role also involves isolating and characterizing identified small molecules, designing and optimizing activity assays, maintaining thorough and accurate laboratory records, analyzing experimental data, and mentoring junior researchers in experimental techniques and workflows.
Desirable Qualification : M.Sc. in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related discipline. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in microbial culturing, DNA isolation, PCR, plasmid preparation, and transformation, along with proficiency in standard laboratory practices, accurate data documentation, and result interpretation. A solid understanding of microbial physiology, chromatography techniques, and biosafety guidelines is required. The role demands the ability to troubleshoot experiments, optimize protocols, work independently, and mentor junior research associates.

Senior Project Associate
Essential Qualifications : M.Sc. Degree in Biological Sciences from a recognized University or equivalent
Basic Salary : 42000 and HRA
Experience Required in Months : 36
Work Description : The candidate will be extracting molecules from biological samples and performing comprehensive chemical analyses. Key duties include the extraction, purification, and characterization of compounds using techniques such as HPLC and NMR. The role also encompasses method development, compound profiling, data analysis, and meticulous maintenance of experimental documentation. Proficiency in handling organic and inorganic molecules, interpreting spectral data, and optimizing extraction protocols is essential.
Desirable Qualification : M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline. The candidate should have strong practical experience in molecule extraction, HPLC, and NMR analysis, along with a solid understanding of chemical characterization, purification strategies, and analytical method development. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently in a research-driven setting.
