Applications are invited for the post ‘Research Project Manager’ on study titled "A Multicenter phase Ill randomized control trial to test the efficacy of targeted agents during induction and a response -adapted consolidation in adolescent and young adult patients with de-novo ALL.” Project (A/c No. 110006).

Qualification & Experience : • Graduate Degree in Life Science. 
• Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research is Mandatory. 
• Minimum 3 Year of Experience in Clinical Research as Research Project Manager is Mandatory

Remuneration : Rs. 45,000/- p.m (consolidated)

Age Limit : 35 Years

Duties & Responsibilities
• The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing overall planning and strategic oversight of clinical study, including the development of detailed study plans, budget management, and coordination of Clinical Trial Coordinators across multiple sites. 
• The role serves as the primary point of contact for site management, proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to patient recruitment, study timelines, and costs. 
• Additional responsibilities include ensuring full regulatory and ethical compliance with SOPs, GCP, and IRB/Ethics Committee requirements; overseeing day-to-day study operations such as patient recruitment, data collection, and quality control; and delivering regular progress reports to the Principal Investigator. 
• The role also involves resolving operational challenges, managing protocol deviations, and safeguarding data integrity to ensure the successful and compliant execution of clinical trials.

(c) Candidates will be initially screened; Online Exam will be held & eligible candidates will be called for thereafter interview. 
(d) Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. 
(e) Candidates who would be called for Interview are required to carry online application form, original documents along with one set of copy in support of the details furnished in the online application form regarding qualifications & experience, failing which such applicants will not be allowed to appear for Interview. 
(f) Tata Memorial Centre reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called for the Interview to a reasonable limit, on the basis of qualifications and experience of the applicants. Mere fulfilling the prescribed qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for Interview. 
(g) Online MCQ Test will be conducted and eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the interview, accordingly. 
(h) In case it is found at any stage of recruitment that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and / or, the candidate has furnished any incorrect / false / incomplete information or has suppressed any material fact (s), his / her candidature will be cancelled. If any shortcoming is detected, even after appointment, the services of the candidate are liable to be terminated forthwith. Therefore, before applying for post, the candidate should ensure that he / she fulfills all the eligibility criteria under the norms mentioned in the advertisement. 
(i) Tata Memorial Centre also reserves the right not to call any candidates to appear for Interview without assigning any reason thereof.

2. Candidates may be offered a lower/ higher grade than what is advertised based on their working experience, research track record and overall assessment at the time of interview and recommendation of the Selection Committee.
