Post : Sr. Principal Scientist - Organic Chemistry
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of research scientists and chemists
• Oversee projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery
• Provide expertise in solving complex synthetic challenges and optimising reactions
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and updates
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with audit standards
• Manage budgets, resources, and supply chain coordination
• Promote learning, enforce safety, and support recruitment
Job Requirements
• Masters/PhD/Post Doc in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field
• Extensive experience in synthetic chemistry and in leadership roles in CRO
• Proven track record in managing complex chemistry projects
• Strong expertise in synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and analysis
• Experienced in client management and delivering quality results
• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
