Age Limit
For all the posts for which the Board is conducting the Combined Junior Services Eligibility Test, the minimum age limit will be 18 years and the maximum age limit will be 40 years. The age limit will be 45 years for government servants and women candidates working in SC/ ST/ OBC, departments/ corporations/ boards/ commissions/ autonomous bodies/ home guards. The amendments issued from time to time by the General Administration Department regarding the maximum age limit will be considered applicable. The age limit will be calculated as on 1st January of the current year of recruitment i.e. 01st January 2023.
Provided further that the relaxation in upper age limit to be provided to Physically Handicapped/ Ex- Servicemen shall be as per the orders/ guidelines issued by the General Administration Department from time to time.
Provided also that in any case the maximum age limit for any category shall not exceed 45 years (except contract workers) including all kinds of relaxations.
Age limit for applicants who are permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh :

Online Application - Candidates who fill online through kiosk will pay the portal fee of Rs 60 / -.  Apart from this, portal fee of Rs 20 / - on filling the form after registering through registered citizen user Will be payable.
The application fee will be decided by the Fee Fixation Committee of the Board, which will also include the examination fee. Fee exemption, which is applicable to SC, ST and OBC candidates, will be applicable only to those original residents of Madhya Pradesh who have been declared as SC, ST and OBC candidates by the government.  Provided that the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes of other states shall be deemed to have been included in the unreserved category.  Provided further that such candidates who belong to Other Backward Classes and fall in the creamy layer shall not be eligible for the benefit of reservation, relaxation in age limit or any other benefit for this category.

Traveling Allowance
(1) Their traveling expenses will be reimbursed by the concerned department as per the guidelines of the General Administration Department. Such candidates, who are the original residents of Madhya Pradesh and have been notified by the Government as Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and such candidates who have been certified physically handicapped, are not allowed to appear in the examination at the examination center. His traveling expenses will be reimbursed for the same. In order to be entitled for travel expenses, the candidate will have to submit the caste certificate issued by the competent authority of the government as documentary evidence, which will be self- attested and attach a copy of which, only then the travel expenses will be reimbursed to the candidate by the concerned department.
(2) Payment of travel expenses (especially reserved category) to the examinees coming for examination and training through order number F 1-2/2013/ rules/ four Bhopal dated June 29, 2015 of Madhya Pradesh Government Finance Department, through e- payment only Instructions have been given to do it according to the method. All the concerned candidates will necessarily attach their bank account details, proof of appearance in the examination etc. in the attached format-2 and send it to the concerned department.

Note
1. Aadhaar registration of the candidate is mandatory.
2. It will be mandatory to carry the photo identity card in the examinations conducted by the board. Candidates voter ID card, PAN card, in the form of original photo identity card
One can choose from Aadhaar Card, Driving License, and Passport. UIDAI Aadhaar will be valid only after it is verified by UIDAI. In the absence of photo identity card, the candidate will be debarred from appearing in the examination.
3. It is mandatory for the candidate to carry his Aadhaar card / e- Aadhaar card / photocopy of Aadhaar card, Aadhaar number, Aadhaar VID, in addition to the original identity card as decided in the manual. Multilevel biometric verification is mandatory at the time of admission to the examination and during the examination.

5. Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center till the reporting time for the examination. After this, the candidates leaving late will not be eligible for admission.
6. The use of electronic devices like mobile phones, calculators, song tubes, and copy papers etc. is strictly prohibited in the examination class.
7. Candidates can get their Admit Card for Jannain Exam only by using the online application number. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the application number safely, for which all the responsibility will be of the applicant.
8. It is mandatory for the applicant to bring black ball point pen and the admit card downloaded from the board's website for admission in the examination center at the examination center.
9. After the commencement of the examination, any candidate is allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the examination. Will not happen.
10. Verification of any certificate of the candidates at the time of filling the application form Not done by P.E.B but done by the concerned department during the recruitment process. Therefore, the eligibility of the candidates in the computer- based online examination will be completely provisional.
11. It will be mandatory for the candidates to have live registration in the employment office of Madhya Pradesh state for all the above posts.
12. Candidates belonging to Madhya Pradesh's special tribal communities like Baiga, Saharia / Saharia and Bharia Scheduled Tribes should submit their applications for executive posts in hardcopy (in format-3 of rule book) while attaching all the necessary certificates. Till the last date of filling P.E.B. Separate applications will have to be sent directly to the concerned department instead of sending to P.E.B. Application sent to will be considered invalid.
13. There will be no provision of exemption in the examination for the candidates of primitive tribes (Baiga, Saharia/ Saharia and Bharia) for recruitment in the post of executive, those candidates should apply online for the examination as a candidate of Scheduled Tribe. (In such a situation, all the clauses related to Baiga, Saharia and Bharia of the rule book will be deemed to be deleted.
