Post : Head - CDMO (CRAMS/CMO/CDMO - Business Development - Sales and Marketing Global Markets (US, EU, JP))
Educational Qualifications : M.Sc/M.Pharm/MBA from a reputed University
Experience : 10-15 years relevant experience
Requirements :
• To take SBU ownership and lead the sales and assist in the overall operations
• Should have 10-15 years experience in business development and have led a team for 6 -10 years.
• Should have strong experience in CDMO (CRAMS) / CMO - Market specific research analysis
• Experience in establishing CDMO operations
• Proactive and enthusiastic to make frequent direct customer visits and engage in extensive networking activities
• Demonstrable strategic business awareness of the market and customers in order to differentiate MSN Group's small molecule, peptide API and FDF capabilities
• Spend significant time in the field, especially attending conferences for networking and generating new prospects, leads and opportunities
• Gather market insights including competitive information
• Experience with RFP/RFI management. Work closely with the Proposal Preparation, Development and Commercial teams to build tailored proposals and agreements
• Lead the coordination with cross-functional teams on R&D and Plant Project Management activities, to ensure timely deliverables
• Experience with market specific talent identification and grooming
• Role needs traveling approximately 30% of the time.
