Applications are invited from qualified and eligible candidates for filling up of the posts of Paramedical and others on Contract/Out Sourcing basis in APVVP Hospitals in Srikakulam District institutions in Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Vijayawada.

Educational Qualifications
D.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy  Govt Reg. Institutions which are Registered in AP Paramedical Board Registration, up to date renewal


Age: Maximum age : 42 Years for OC and 5 years relaxation for upper age limit for SC/ST/BC and 3 years for Ex-Service Men and 10 years for Physically Handicapped persons up to a Maximum for 45 years. The maximum age shall be reckoned as on 05.02.2022

Selection Process & Service Weightage
Aggregate marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination : 75%
Weight age up to the maximum of 15% marks will be to the staff working in 104 (MMU) in HDS / CDS / Aarogyasri / Trauma care / APSACS / COVID-19 staff and other government of India schemes on contract / outsourcing basis :  Up to 15%
i) @2.5 marks for six months in tribal area
ii) @2.0 marks for six months in rural area
iii) @1.0 marks for six months in Urban area Based on Covid-19 duties
1. @5 Marks in 06 months
2. @10 Marks in 01 Year
3. @15 Marks in 01 year 06 Months No marks will be given for the service rendered less than six months
Weight age for number for years since passing qualifying examination : @ 1.0 marks for completed year after acquiring requisite qualification subject to a maximum of 10 marks.


How to apply
d) Candidates shall submit their application forms along with enclosures to the DCHS, Srikakulam on or before last date of submission
e) All application covers should be super scribed on right top comer as follows: Contract Basis Recruitment - 2021- Application for the post of Paramedical & Other Posts.
f) The following documents are to be submitted in the following order only.
1. Filled-in Application form with DD
2. Attested copy of marks memo of SSC (or) equivalent certificate
3. Attested copies of Marks memos of all years and Provisional Certificates, Internship Certificate and Permanent Registration of APMC
4. Attested copy of latest caste certificate (in case of SC/S l/BC)
5. Attested copies of study certificates from Class-lV to X where the candidates studied
6. Attested copy of latest Physically handicapped certificate (if applicable^ Es-Servicemen
7. Tire Experience Certificicate on Contract/Out Sourcing should be enclosed with Higher authorities counter sign.
e) There wall be reservations in this recruitment in respect of Scheduled Tribes(ST), Scheduled Castes(SC), Backward Classes(BC), Economically Weaker Sections(EWS), Physically challenged(VH,HH,OH), Women. Ex-servicemen and Meritorious Sports Persons as per Rule 22 and 22(A) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996.
f) In the case of candidates who claim the benefit of reservation or relaxation from upper age limit on the basis of Caste/Tribe or Community the basic document of proof of Community will be the certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities not below the rank of Tahsildar in the case of SC/ST/BC/EWS. Subsequent claim of change of Community will not be entertain.
g) The person with Disability means a person suffering from not less than 40% of any disability as certified by a medical authority except healing impairment (HH). Hearing Impairment means loss of 60 dB or more in the better ear in the conversational range of frequencies which corresponds to 85 dB hearing threshold on the audiogram in the better ear i.e., 85 dB hearing level in audiogram-25 dB upper limit of normal hearing = 60 dB hearing loss as per provision under “Person with Disabilities Act, 1995"
h) Caste & Community; Community certificate issued by the Competent Authority in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, SW(J) Dept., Dt. 12.05.1997 should be submitted appropriate time. As per AP State and Subordinate Service Rules, Rule 2(28) Explanation: In so far as claiming for SC reservation is concerned, no person who professes a religion different from Hinduism shall be deemed a member of Schedule Caste. However, Schedule Caste convert to Buddhism deemed to Schedule caste. BCs, SCs, STs, & EWS belonging to other state or not entitled for reservation

Reservation of Local Candidates
b) Reservation to the local candidate is applicable as provided in Article 371-D as per G.O.Ms.674, GA(SPF-A) Dept., Dt.20.10.1975 and rules amendment from time to time and as in force on the date of notification. The candidate claiming as local candidates should obtain the required study certificates (from 4th class to 10th class or SSC) or Residence Certificate in the proforma prescribed for those candidates who have not studied in any Educational Institutions as the case may be. The relevant certificate with authorize signature shall be produced as and when required
V. Important note on Recruitment process and procedure of selection :
a) The recruitment will be processed as per this notification and as per the rules and instructions issued by the Government and also as decided by the District Selection Committee, Srikakulam from time to time in terms of respective Special Rules/Adhoc Rules governing the recruitment and the related G.Os, rules etc., are applicable.

The Candidates are directed to submit applications at DCHS office, 3rd floor of DM&HO office campus, Srikakulam from 05.02.2022 to 11.02.2022.
