Job description
• Relevant experience in the injectable vaccine manufacturing industry.
• Experience in the aseptic formulations & Filling
• Planning of shop floor activities as per the schedule.
• Man power planning as per the production schedule and work in shifts.
• Execution of production activities as per schedule
• Ability to train the shop floor team.
• Knowledge in the clean room behavior, aseptic practices and techniques.
• Exposure in the media fills execution.
• Should have knowledge in operation of the SCADA, CIP, SIP and SAP systems.
• Washing, Filling & Sealing machine operation
• Handling of QMS activities like change controls, deviation and CAPA
• Equipment trouble shooting

Candidate Profile
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service mentality
• Able to efficiently prioritize works, Strategic thinking, cooperate transversally.
