Prince Pharma is one of the leading pharma company in DRC, engaged in to the business of branded and genetic medicine (Rx/OTC) since 1993. The company is having HQ in Kinshasa and 24 plus own sales depot and a team of 100 plus people working in DRC.

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing the marketing strategies, including brand plan, promotion plan with budget to achieve overall top-line and bottom-line targets
• Identifying new products through market research and its launch planning
• Managing Key Accounts / dealing with Key Opinion Leaders
• Planning, sourcing and coordinating with vendors to get the final promotional inputs / marketing collaterals done in a timely manner and within the approved budget
• Monitoring and controlling promotional activities and distribution of promotional inputs among prescribers and pharmacies for getting maximum ROI
• Preparing and implementing an action plan to improve sales of weak performing brands and geographies
• Working in close coordination with the designer to develop packaging artworks and marketing collaterals
• Conducting market research to understand market needs, competition and thereby identify the market opportunity
• Conducting promotional meets for sales managers and delegates on product knowledge, sales promotional strategies, competition, etc.,
• Building and maintaining relationship with MOH and various government bodies, apart from followup for renewals and new registration/approvals
• Coordinating and follow up with the purchase and warehouse in charge/supervisor, depot manager to ensure that adequate stock of products is maintained in order to meet the sales delivery schedules
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

Candidate Profile
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm and MBA with min. 5 years of experience in product management in any reputed pharmaceutical company
• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical science and therapy areas – General and Speciality
• Strong understanding of pharma business and market dynamics and requirements
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals
• Excellent communication, negotiation and public relation skills
• Fluent in English language for creative copy writing and proof reading. French language will be an added advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS office and internet
• Past experience of handling African Markets while sitting in India will be an added advantage
