Post : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/ Research Associate (RA)

Applications are invited for one post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/ Research Associate (RA) in sponsored CSIR project through email (kpaul@thapar.edu) latest by March 10, 2019.

Title of the project: Ruthenium catalyzed C–H bond activation strategy for C–C and C–X bond formation for biological active compounds

Duration: Two years or end of the project whichever is earlier

Eligibility criteria:
JRF:
MSc or equivalent degree with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test.
SRF: M. Pharm or equivalent degree in relevant field with 55% marks or M.Sc. or equivalent degree and at least 2 years of post-MSc research experience as evident from at least one published paper in standard refereed journal.
RA: M. Pharm with three years teaching/research experience or MSc. chemistry and possessing PhD degree.

Age limit and Fellowship: As per CSIR rule

Desirable: Organic Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry
