Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Regular cell culture activities like propagation and maintenance of cell lines
• Experience in cell based assay development and regular sample analysis of molecules under different assay formats
• Data analysis and documenting
• Writing of Laboratory Note Books, Data Entry records, tractability of raw data to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure completion of the work as per the project timelines
• Must be able to update the reporting manager periodically and escalating any major shortfalls with respect to resources and timelines

Candidate Profile
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
MSc- Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Immunology; MS; M-Tech or M-Pharm

WORK EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years industrial experience in relevant domain. (Training in mAb Bioassay, Bioassay QC would be desirable)

TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILL:
• Experience in mammalian cell culture- maintaining and propagating cell lines and primary cells
• Demonstrated skills in the cell based assay development and validation
• Experience on platform technologies such as Fluorescence, Luminescence and Absorbance based assays and Flow cytometry.
• Knowledge in excel and statistical parameters (Soft Max pro PLA analysis)
• Willingness and flexibility to work in cross functional teams
• Ability to plan and execute the project assigned

BEHAVIORAL/MANAGERIAL SKILLS:
Interacts with other members of the team in planning and timely execution of the project
Willingness to learn and acquire skills in other areas
Good interpersonal skills is a must
