Vacancy for Product Executive / Sr. Product Executive (cardio)- Pharma at JBCPL

 Achieving the Budgeted Sales Targets-
a) Coordinating with sales team for achieving targets for the product line handled.
b) Overseeing and coordinating with various departments to facilitate sales.
c) Visiting lagging territories to understand road blocks and guide the respective sales team. Devising marketing tools to increase penetration. Devise marketing campaigns to help sales team boost secondary sales.
d) Conducting Institutional CMEs/DGMs in relevant HQs.

Products & Product Launches-
a) Understanding the market trend and identifying new products
b) Identifying new vendors for new products
c) Coordinating with the in-house R&D team to develop new products
d) Ensuring market penetration and coverage with new products. deliverable
e) Ensuring profitability of new product deliverable
f) Launching customer oriented campaigns to push secondary sales
g) Conducting institutional seminars
h) Conducting training at National and Zonal levels
i) Maintaining good & healthy relationship with KOLs of different specialties relevant to brands handled.


Support to Sales Team-
a) Timely technical/promotional support to sales team to convert doctors.
b) Trouble shooting issues & facilitate invoicing of pending orders
c) Timely training at zonal level and new recruits in training programs.
d) Field working at least 9 days/Month 6 days (Mon-Sat) outside the city of Mumbai and 3 days in Mumbai.

Product Inventory Planning-
a) Forecasting for expected sales & samples inventory
b) Coordinating with production to ensure no shortages
c) Coordinating with vendors for promotional materials and their availability as per approved by seniors & management.
d) Liquidation of short expiry products to ensure minimal write offs.
