Formulation Scientist
• Product development for various markets
• Initiate procurement of resources / logistics required during formulation development
• To carry out development trials for the allocated project in formulation laboratory along with online recording of experiments and data compilation
• Carry out Stability studies of projects as per the product requirement and regulatory guidelines
• Raw material inventory management for project excipients and gift samples in coordination with material management.
• Maintaining lab records, logs, instruments. Equipment’s and store as per GLP
• Preparation of Master documents required during Formulation Development, Scale-up and Exhibit batches
• Execution of scale-up and exhibit batches
• Compliance of GXP in Formulation development department
• Advance intimation about shift change, leaves and completion and handover of unfinished task to other colleague/group leader leave/outdoor duty.
Research Scientist - ADL (IND Market)
• Literature survey for assigned projects.
• Analysis of innovator samples as and when provided.
• Analysis of development batches.
• Analysis of stability batches.
• Writing of experiments online in Laboratory Notebooks (LNB) with all details.
• Processing of raw data and calculations after completion of each analysis.
• Analytical method development of drug products.
• Analytical method verifications for drug substances.
• Preparation of Specifications-STP for Raw materials and finished products.
Section Head - Packing
Will be responsible for overall Packing Activities
• To plan and execute visual inspection, CDL sample packing, commercial batch packing of different products as per planning.
• Preparation and approval of qualification documents of equipment
• Preparation and approval of URS for new equipment
• Preparation of summary of qualification
• Execution of initial qualification of new equipment and Re-qualification of existing equipment as per schedule
• Technical knowledge of track and trace system for primary, secondary and tertiary packing equipment
• Technical knowledge of Brevitte, Bonfiglioli, automatic carton packing machine, automatic ampoule visual inspection machine, automatic vial labelling machine, automatic VVM labelling machine etc…
• Handling of manpower for visual inspection and packing
• Work distribution to staff and operators
• Knowledge of QMS like change control, deviation, investigation, CAPA
• Knowledge of various software like Cobalt (Data logging), trackwise (QMS) , Documentum (SOP), Zytims (Training), SAP etc…
• Preparation of SOP, BPR etc…
• Communication with vendors for equipment / material
• Communication with cross functional team like GDSO, QC, QA, engineering, warehouse etc…
