Job description
• Results-oriented professional with 8+years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
• Proficient in developing comprehensive account strategies by leveraging market insights, defining value propositions, and implementing actionable business plans.
• Skilled in designing and leading structured monthly and quarterly review meetings to enhance team engagement, motivation, and business performance.
• Experienced in preparing and delivering impactful product marketing materials, highlighting key features, competitive advantages, and strategic positioning.
• Enterprising leader with proven ability to inspire teams, strengthen collaboration, and achieve organizational goals through strategic direction and execution excellence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute marketing initiatives and sales promotion activities.
• Conduct disease awareness and product training sessions for doctors and paramedical staff to strengthen product knowledge, drive market penetration, and accelerate business growth.
• Analyse competitor products and market trends to maintain competitive intelligence and provide strategic inputs for product positioning and future direction.
• Engage and communicate effectively with customers to enhance relationships, address feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure sales team performance and activities align with company objectives, compliance standards, and operational guidelines.
• Oversee operations and provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams, including the Operations Manager, Warehousing staff, Regulatory Pharmacist, and HR, ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency.
