Post : General Manager - Quality Control

Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations including raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability studies, and microbiological testing in compliance with FSSAI, US FDA (21 CFR Part 111), and WHO-GMP standards.
• Manage regulatory audits, customer inspections, and internal audits; ensure effective handling of OOS/OOT, deviations, CAPA, and change control activities.
• Drive analytical excellence through method validation/transfer, laboratory instrument qualification, calibration, and data integrity.
• Oversee stability programs, product quality trends, and timely release of materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with QA, R&D, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to support new product development, scale-up, and export requirements.
• Establish strong QC governance, documentation practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustained regulatory compliance.

Location : Peenya, Bengaluru (Karnataka)
Experience : M.Sc / M.Pharm / Ph.D in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
Qualification : • 15-25 years in Quality Control within the nutraceutical / dietary supplement industry, with 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.
