Experience : 15 - 20 years of experience with Cardiovascular portfolio/ Diabetes portfolio
Qualification : B.Sc / B.Pharm with MBA or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities :
• Proven track record of leading a large, geographically diverse sales team, including at least 2 years of experience overseeing half of India with consistent performance, growth and positive P&L outcome
• Expertise in developing sales strategies, performance management, strategic leadership, financial acumen, building & nurturing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent KOL connect among Cardiologists, Endocrinologist, & Diabetologists.
• Ability to drive innovative scientific initiatives and customer-centric activities.
