Post : Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate / Associate Scientist

Bioanalysis
Qualification :
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Analysis
• Experience in bioanalytical support for ADME PK assays
• Strong understanding of chromatography and MS/MS concepts for method development, validation and study sample analysis
Experience : 3-9 Years of relevant experience

Responsibilities :
• LC-MS/MS method development and validation
• Expertise in optimizing sample preparation methodologies.
• Data analysis and bioanalytical report preparation
• Trouble shooting for instrumentation and method development challenges.
• Basic conceptual understanding of pharmacokinetics.

Rodent Pharmacokinetics
Qualification : • Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Sciences (Pharmacology and Toxicology)
• Hand on experience in animals handling, dosing, formulation and sampling
Experience : 4-7 Years of relevant experience

Responsibilities :
• Expertise in rodent restraint and dosing techniques (IV, PO, SC, IP), including compliance with CPCSEA/AAALAC guidelines.
• Proven ability to perform precise dosing and serial blood sampling (tail vein, retro-orbital, jugular cannulation); experience with urine/feces collection and tissue harvesting.
• Hands-on experience in catheterization (jugular vein, femoral Vein, Bile duct) for continuous or serial sampling in PK and excretion studies.
• Strong understanding of GLP/non-GLP requirements; accurate record-keeping and adherence to SOPs.
• Strong knowledge of PK parameters and druggability.

Invitro ADME
Qualification :
• Master’s in Pharmacy / Biotech / Biochemistry or PhD.
• Relevant experience in executing invitro ADME Assay
Experience : 2-7 Years of industry experience

Responsibilities :
• Primary responsibility is to study design, execution, data analysis and reporting of ADME studies.
• Experience on in vitro permeability studies using Caco-2, MDR1 MDCK-II & MDCK-II cells in 24/96/384 well format.
• To conduct CYP Induction assay using primary hepatocytes and mRNA estimation,
• Knowledge of Transporter assays and Reporter assays
• Experience with in vitro Drug-Induced Liver Injury (DILI)
• Experience in Organoids, Spheroids and Organ-on-Chip model handling.
• Responsible for data integrity and good documentation practices, such as recording of data in LNB and completion of studies as per requirements.
