Education : B.Pharm / M.Pharm OR B.Sc. (Any Stream of Sciences) With MBA in Marketing / Pharma Management
Experience : For Executive 2-3 Years / For Manager 8-10 Years
Key Responsibilities :
• Product planning, positioning, and life cycle management
• Brand promotion and market strategy development
• Preparing MR inputs - LBLs, visual aids, training materials, digital content
• Doctor engagement programs, CME planning, and field support
• Competitor analysis & new product identification
• Coordination with field force, supply chain, regulatory, finance, and production teams
• Market forecasting & sales performance review
