The Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA) is the first ‘Institute of National Importance’ in the sector of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy). The parliament of India passed the ‘Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda Act, 2020’ and the provisions of this act came into force on 15 October 2020.
Post : Teaching Assistant
A walk in interview / test will be conducted for contractual engagement of one Teaching Assistant in each subject/department of (1) Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana (2) Pharmacology (3) Dravyaguna (4) Pharmacognosy (5) Pharmaceutical Chemistry on a fixed remuneration of Rs. 15,000/- per month for fixed tenure of 11 months. The tenure may extend as per requirement and decision of the concerned authority of the Institute.
Essential qualifications : M.Pharm (Ayu.) / MSc. (Medicinal Plants) with specialization in the concerned subject.
Candidature by scholar who completed his/her regular Ph.D. tenure on campus will not be considered.
