The ECHS Central Organisation is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organisation is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General. There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servivemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement(DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).

ECHS invites applications to engage staff as follows on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinics Ara, Danapur, Muzaffarpur, Chhapra, Darbhanga, Motihari, Hajipur, Siwan, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Samastipur, Buxar and Patna-II for a period of one year renewable for additional period of one year/till attaining the maximum age subject to performance of candidates/other conditions according to the criteria as mentioned against each post

Minimum Qualification
(i) Basic Qualification - B Pharmacy from a recognized Institute or 10+2 with science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized board and Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy council of India and registered as pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.
(ii) Work experience - Minimum 03 years experience, (iii) Computer working knowledge,
(iv) Age upto 56 yrs.
(v) 70% / 30% reservation for ESM / Civilian.
Salary per month : Rs. 36500/-

(iv) Medical / Dental Council Registration Certificate.
(v) Medical / Dental Council Registration renewal slip (For Medical Trade/Dental trade).
(vi) Valid Driving License for Light Motor Vehicle/ Heavy Vehicles (for drivers only) to be attached duly self attested (only if Driver vacancy applied for).
(vii) Education Qualification certificates.
(viii) Experience certificate.
(b) For ESM candidates In addition to above PPO, Discharge Book, ESM I/Card, AWPO Registration Certificate, Degree Certificate of Trade proficiency.
(c) Please bring one set of self attested photocopies of all documents and 01 PP size colour photographs at the time of interview.
(d) No TA/DA is admissible.
