Post : Project Research Scientist - II (Non-Medical) - One Post
Introduction to our research lab : We are a translational molecular biology laboratory working on multiple interesting problems in medicine and science. Our lab studies the pathogenesis of hematological malignancies focusing on RNA binding proteins and Epitranscriptomics. We also work on developing novel gene therapies for cancers, rare diseases, and inborn errors of metabolism. We have new project with multiple positions and opportunities to work on interesting and innovative aspects of research. Applications are invited for the following temporary posts at AIIMS in an ICMR funded Research Project (2 years) Project Title: “Delineating and characterizing the m6A RNA methylation marks in primary and relapsed B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL)”
Essential Qualifications : MSc (Life Sciences) with at least 60% marks in final exam and 3 years research experience or PhD in life sciences or MBBS with 3 years research experience or MD along with any one of the following : Hands on research experience in molecular biology experiments (PCR, Real Time PCR, Cloning), bioinformatics is desirable. Should be willing to learn and manage multiple projects on different aspects
Salary : INR 87,100 PM (Including HRA)
Age Limit : 40 years
Relaxation as per the rules of ICMR/AIIMS
