MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE in age group of 23-28 years with 1-3 years of sales experience in Nutrition | Vaccines | Pharmaceutical segment

Job Description
SALES ACHIEVEMENT:
• Achieving monthly sales target (Primary & Secondary) year after year
• Root-cause identification for non-achievement of targets
• Pursue continuous Rx generation from the prescribers
• Focus on Doctors Per Brand and Brand Per Doctors
• Do Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) for entire Doctor List of the territory.
CUSTOMER DELIGHT (HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS):
• Proper Etiquettes during the Customer interaction
• Well-groomed while visiting customers
• Should focus towards Customer’s Profitability and Well being
• Should focus on Continues addition of loyal Customers
• Take continues feedback from the Customers

PROCESS :
• Adhering to company norms of Call average & Doctor Coverage
• No deviation in monthly tour plan
• Timely submission of Tour plan
• Generate POB per day and update the same in SFA
• Monitoring of non-prescribers every month


COMPLIANCE
• Daily Call Report (DCR) through SFA for better understanding of business performance. Challenges & the support required from Managers.
• 100% Call Average and Coverage matrix as per the Business requirement
• 100% implementation of Marketing Strategies
• Regular updates in SFA such as Customers input, Competitor’s activity in your Area, challenges you faced & the support required from Managers.

EXECUTION EXCELLENCE
• 100% execution of brand activities and Customer Communication
• Retail availability before brand promotion.
• No product expires at retailer & stockiest
• Keeping vigilance on Competitors marketing activities and update the same in SFA
• Suggest Customer specific Marketing inputs
