Essential Qualification & Experience
ESSENTIAL :
(i) 10+2 with Science (Physics & Chemistry). Diploma in Pharmacy from Recognized Institute.
(ii) Registered as Pharmacist with Haryana Pharmacy Council under section 31 (a) or 31 (c) or 32 (a) of the Pharmacy act, 1948 as applicable to Haryana State.
DESIRABLE :
(i) Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS word. Power Point and Excel etc.
(ii) Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric standard.
Remuneration : Rs 12500/- consolidated per month
Age limit : Not less than 18 years or more than 42 years
(1) The interested candidates should apply on the prescribed Performa available on website yamunanagar.nic.in addressed to the undersigned giving full detail of his/her bio data, with attested photograph and self attested photocopies of the certificates, experience & testimonials. Application form must be completed in all respects duly filled in their own handwriting (in capital letters) and signed, should be submitted to the concerned branch office in Civil Surgeon, Yamunanagar as per details. The application form must reach to this office by closing date 15.12.2022 till 05:00P.M sharp. The by hand applications will be accepted only in working days and working hours of office .i.e between 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M (on Saturday, Sunday & Gazetted holidays the office will be closed).
(2) Incomplete/unsigned applications will be rejected without any information.
(3) No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the written lest/interview.
(4) The selected candidates will have to maintain his/her Head Quarter.
(5) No. of Posts may increase/decrease. These posts may be discontinued at any time depending upon the workload, requirement or validity of the project.
(6) Weight-age will be given to local candidates. For claiming residential weight-age ANY THREE of the following documents must be submitted along with application form: (i)Passport (ii) Election card ID card (iii) Ration Card with address (iv) Bank Passbook/Post office Passbook (v) Cast and domicile certificate with address and the photo issued by State Govt, (vi) Parivar Pehchan Patra (vii) Electricity Bill (not older than last three months) No weightage will be given in absence of minimum THREE residential proofs (of the above mentioned documents).
(7) For the Candidates who want to apply for more than one post they must send the separate application for each post with all other supported documents.
(8) The undersigned has right to cancel any of the post/interview at any time without specifying any reason.

(10) The decision of selection committee will be final. No query in this regard will be entertained.
(11) If selected, candidates will not be allowed to do private practice.

(13) Reservation will be applicable as per Haryana state Govt, policy. (14) Service Bye Laws of NHM-2018 will be applicable for all posts except sr. no. 1 to 3 and 16.
(15) Written test/interview of eligible applicants will be conducted as per the schedule mentioned in Table I. The candidates/applicants should reach at 09:30 A.M Sharp in O/o Civil Surgeon Yamuna Nagar along with all original certificates for written test/interview.
(16) The benefit of reservation will be applicable on Haryana residents only and for it the candidate have to produce valid category proof
