Terms & Conditions
1) These posts are on purely contract / contract basis and do not belong to the State Government.
2) The honorarium mentioned in front of the posts is a combined honorarium and no other allowances are payable.
3) The selected candidates will be appointed for the period till 08/10/2022. The appointment will be made for the next 11 months only after the approval of the posts and if the work is satisfactory in the previous period to continue the campaign for the next period. Candidates will not be able to make any claim regarding re-employment, inclusion in government regular service or service protection by the government.
4) In view of the current cowardly situation, applications are being received from interested and eligible candidates through Google Online Form Link through and the candidates are required to use this link. The last date for filling this link application will be on 05/01/2022 till 5.45 pm. This link will then be closed. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the candidates to submit the application within the stipulated time. It should be noted that any application submitted offline (by post or in person) will not be accepted by this office. (All further information regarding recruitment process, list of eligible / ineligible candidates, schedule of original document verification etc. will be published from time to time on the website of Zilla Parishad Gadchiroli zpgadchiroli.in.
5) Candidates will be selected on the basis of net merit and no written test or interview will be conducted. 70 marks for the final year / semester percentage with minimum educational qualification of the relevant post for selection of candidates. (20 marks up to a maximum of 5 years) Thus the final selection will be made on the basis of total 100 marks. Candidates will be interviewed on the first Monday of every month at 10 am on the first Monday of the month till the vacancies are filled.
6) After scrutinizing the applications received within the stipulated time, the list regarding eligibility of candidates as well as grading will be published on the website of Zilla Parishad Gadchiroli zpgadchiroli.in.
7) Candidates will not be notified separately for this. Therefore, it will be necessary for the candidates to visit the website from time to time.
8) Recruitment fee of Rs. 100 / - for reserved (backward) category candidates and Rs. 150 / - for open category candidates.

Gadchiroli Branch It is mandatory to register the transaction number (Transaction ID) received after payment and upload the screenshot of the transaction while filling the online application. Therefore, the candidates should first pay the amount of recruitment fee in the bank. Only then should the application be processed. Candidates should print a screenshot of the transaction and keep it carefully till the selection process is completed.
9) Before completing the selection of candidates, the candidates will be called and all the original documents related to their application will be verified. At that time the candidates will be required to submit the original document, small family form attached to the advertisement - A form, print of the form received on the candidate's email for filling up the application as well as print of the screenshot of the transaction fee etc. before the verification committee. Otherwise the candidate will be disqualified from the selection process.
10) Applications which do not hold the prescribed qualification, are incomplete, do not have full fee in the form of challan and double application for the same post will not be considered.
