In the light of the date 17.08.2020 to work against the honorarium sanctioned on the following posts on contract basis under NRHM, till 05.00 PM on 22.12.2020. Post: Pharmacist
No of Posts: 17 (UR-07, ST-09, SC-01)
Qualification
• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
• Registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) & internet
Salary: 10450/- per month (pm)
Post: Ayush Pharmacist (APh)
No of Posts: 2 (UR-01, ST-01)
Qualification
• Ayurvedic Compounder: Diploma in Ayurvedic pharmacy from Govt, recognized institute.
• Unani Compounder: Diploma in Unani pharmacy from Govt, recognized institute.
• Homeopathic Compounder: Diploma in Homeopathic pharmacy from Govt, recognized institute.
Salary: 8,000/- pm
Post: Pharmacist-RBSK
No of Posts: 10 (UR-05, ST-05)
Qualification
• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
• Registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) & internet
Salary: 10450/- pm
Post: DDS Pharmacist
No of Post: 01 (UR)
Qualification
• Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy.
• one year exeperience in managing drug store in a reputed hospital/ health center recognized by Government.
• Registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council
Salary: 15000/- pm (As per RoP)
Post: SDS Pharmacist

Qualification
• Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy.
• one year exeperience in managing drug store in a reputed hospital/ health center recognized by Govt.
• Registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council
Salary: 15000/- pm (As per RoP)
Post: SDS Store Assistant
No of Post: 01 (UR)
Qualification
• Intermediate (10+2)
• Diploma in pharmacy
• Conversant with various compurer programming including MS Word, Excel and simple statistical packages
Salary: 11550/- pm (As per RoP)
?Conditions of Selection
(i) There will be no employment of the employees on permanent basis, rather they will be contracted to work against the accepted honorarium. No amount other than honorarium will be paid. The number of vacancies may be reduced or increased as required.
(ii) The contract shall be tenable for one year. It can be increased on the basis of their efficiency of one year each as required.
(iii) Maximum age limit for selection. Date for calculation of age: 01.12.2020. :
General - Minimum 21 years & Maximum 35 years and for handicapped 40 years
Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class - Minimum 21 years & Maximum 37 years and for handicapped 42 years
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes - Male and Female - Minimum 21 years & Maximum 40 years and for handicapped 45 years
Female Normal Class, Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class - Minimum 21 years & Maximum 38 years and for handicapped 43 years
(iv) Contractual persons on contract basis for one month. Contract can be terminated by giving n??otice or honorarium of one month.
(v) It will be mandatory for the contracted candidate to submit an Indemnity Bond on the basis of the contract that they will not claim regular appointment.
(vi) Candidates who are presenting CGPA score card for educational qualification will be required to submit mark sheet along with CGPA conversion chart.
(vii) District reservation roster points will be followed (advertisement based on previous vacancy).
(viii) It will be mandatory to attach the certificate issued by the competent officer for the benefit of localism and reservation.
(ix) For applications to more than one post, it will be mandatory for the applicant to apply separately.
(x) In the said appointment, the Localization Policy applicable from the Resolution No. 14 / Local Policy - 14-01 / 2015-5938, dated 14.07.2016 of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms and Government of Jharkhand, Jharkhand will be fully followed.
(xi) The decision of the committee in the appointment process will be final and binding.
(xii) Application fee - For each post, general category / OBC applicants for each post, Rs. 400 / - for SC / ST applicants, Rs. 200 / - is required to be attached with the demand draft application form. Payment of draft will be paid in the name of District Rural Health Society, Dumka / District Rural Health Society, Dumka.
(xiii) The terms of the advertisement may be amended as required by the committee.
(xiv) No personal correspondence / contact regarding appointment will be entertained.
(xv) All the completed applications can be submitted in a closed envelope from the postal / speed post registered in the office of the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Dumka. Provide the following information clearly on the envelope Advertisement Number - Name of the post: Post Code
(xvi) The right to cancel the appointment process of any of the posts from different posts at any time without assigning any reason. Health committee, Dumka will be safe.
