Project Title : Enhancing cobatamin (vitamin B12) bioavailability m culturally appropriate foods in India
Sponsor : DBT-CEB Vitamin B 12
Principle Investigator  : Dr. Annamma A. Odaneth / Dr. Reena Pandit
Qualification : Ph.D Science (Biotechnology/ Chemistry/ Bioprocess technology)
Experience : Hands on expertise in extraction and analysis of biomolecules/ natural products from natural/food samples, Chromatographic separations, LC-MS will be preferred.
Remuneration/Fellowship : Rs. 47,000/- p.m. + 24% HRA

Experience : Scale up feimentation for production of value-added Chemicals
Remuneration/Fellowship : Rs. 47,000/- p.m. + 24% HRA

Project Title : Enhancing cobalamin (vitamin B12) bioavailabiiity in culturally appropriate foods in India

Principle Investigator  : Dr. Annamma A. Odaneth /Dr. Gunjan Prakash
Qualification : Ph.D Tech. (Food Engineering and Technology)
Experience : Hands on experience in handing vitamins & minerals for their bioavailability in culturally appropriate food relevant to India
Remuneration/Fellowship : Rs. 47,000/- p.m. + 24% HRA

Junior Research Fellow (Post 1) - 01 post
Project Title : Enhancing cobalamin (vitamin B12) bioavailabiiity in culturally appropriate foods in India
Sponsor : DBT-CEB Vitamin B 12
Principle Investigator  : Dr. Annamma A. Odaneth /Dr. Gunjan Prakash
Qualification : M.tech / M.Sc. (Biotechnology/ Chemistry/ Bioprocess technology)
Experience : Hands on expertise in algal cultivation and/or microbiology expertise will be preferred.
Remuneration/Fellowship : Rs. 31,000/- p.m. + 24% HRA

Junior Research Fellow (Post 1) - 01 post
Project Title : Enhancing cobalamin (vitamin B12) bioavailabiiity in culturally appropriate foods in India
Sponsor : DBT-CEB Vitamin B 12
Principle Investigator  : Dr. Annamma A. Odaneth /Dr. Gunjan Prakash
Qualification : M.Sc (Biotechnology)
Experience : Scale up fermentation for production of value-added Chemicals
Remuneration/Fellowship : Rs. 31,000/- p.m. + 24% HRA

The project fellow will be appointed initially for one year and the tenure may be extended based on performance for the subsequent period. All appointments are terminated with end of the project.

Selection will be based on an interview conducted by a committee. The recommendation of the committee will be final. No TA/DA will be provided to appear for this interview.
