Job Description

  • Associate must adhere to the beat plan as discussed, planned and suggested by the Manager
  • The associate to work only on Account allocated- any other account to be added will require him to give a complete detail of the new Dr. and the reason why he must be serviced
  • The associate must have a deep understanding about his target, beat target and potential and the company’s goal, vision and way forward.
  • The associate must be informed of the weekly meeting day / date by the manager and he must be available for the same- no adherence shall not be accepted by the organization
  • It is the associates’ responsibility to ensure he has made a minimum of 5 calls a day.
  • The associate needs to submit his entire month’s travel plan to the manager / reporting head (pre-approved) to ensure sufficient area coverage and therefore optimum customer interaction and servicing is done.
  • Based on the approval, the associate must ensure his travel arrangements is done in advance (with the support of the back office team)- last moment request may / may not be entertained and that will be the senior manager’s / founders call. In such a case, the sr. manager / founder will need a detailed justification followed by a documented plan and therefore the returns from the tour
  • The associate must adhere to Renewcell’s reporting mechanism- he must upload / update his call visit, status, follow up visit etc on the Renewcell keys within 48 hrs (ideally must be done daily, but 48 hrs as a timeline is given considering the travel plan etc)
  • The associate must only and only upload authentic information. Incase of a doubt, an enquiry could be raised by the manager / sr. manager and a justification will have to be given by the associate
  • Every sale done by the associate must be recorded in a formal manner such that when the manager confirms the weekly sales data provided by the HO, the associate can tally and raise a query incase of missed data (which must be reported to the manager)
  • The associate must have the right and in-depth product knowledge- he must be capable to conduct independent demos’, incase of a doubt, he must insist the manager to accompany him for a joint call (which must be updated in Renewcell keys)
  • Any product repair and / or maintenance issues must be reported to the manager in writing (telephonic and email preferably)- complete details such as product name, installation site, name of the Dr., date of installation and issue must be described in detail.
  • Inorder to be more efficient, the associate must know that the respective manager will invest 6 days in a month with him on field- the associate is expected to plan the joint calls extremely well (client wise, beat wise, date of closure wise, target wise etc) to ensure closure of tough deals, critical demos etc are done only within those 6 days. A plan for the same must be shared (on email, excel etc) with the manager to only increase efficiency and customer relationship and servicing
  • The associate must have a clear understanding of the score card from the manager to ensure no last moment confusion or heart breaks- seek clarity during target allocation and no mid-year clarification will be entertained. The associate must share any critical feedback with the manager to ensure closures at the earliest. The same must be documented and closed.
